 Open weeks within the next month will be discounted.  Less than weekly rentals & flexible arrival & departure dates also possible for any upcoming open dates.

Beachside Bliss

Spend a month at the beach this summer: June 13 - July 11 available!

To the above rate, add 11% Florida tax and $250 refundable security deposit.

Contact us for availability information.  Even if our condo is booked, we can find you other accommodations through our network of other Sanibel owners and friends.

Deposit, payment, and cancellation policy:

All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $300.00 or 20% deposit (whichever is greater),  plus booking fee, payable by credit card or check. Balance is due by check 4 weeks prior to arrival (60 day prepayment for bookings of 3 weeks or more, or for our Sanibel home). Our rental agency will mail confirmation and check-in information after receipt of your deposit (all deposits, taxes, and final payments are collected by our rental agency on the island).

Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less $50.00 cancellation fee. Any notice of less than 90 days will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates/rates.

Optional cancellation / trip  insurance is available through our rental agency on Sanibel.
